At Chaotic Evil Apparel, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we ask that customers review sizing, colors, and product details carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Because products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
